Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Reservations: Cancellations made 2 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 days of check-in will be charged accordingly.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

3. Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
